In preparation for the 500 book, the typographic poster and this short book were developed. This book followed the theme of the typographic poster in exploring my personal collections. I used the typographic poster as a front cover for this book. The collections I've had throughout my life are ordered chronologically, and I include handwritten notes on pages about childhood collections. Each large text block is placed inside the shapes of different map projections. This visually conveys my theory that I started collecting things when I was little to create constants in my life - as a side effect of moving often.
